SHIPPING INFORMATION

You can check your order status on the Order History page of your Account Dashboard. Log in to your account or go straight to your Order History if you’re already logged in. If a tracking number was provided, you will be able to see exact shipping details.

NOTE: There is an additional shipping charge for orders that weigh over 50 lbs. If applicable, this additional charge will be reflected in your total shipping costs.

Shipping Restrictions

CONTINENTAL CUSTOMS does not currently ship any International Shipments.

CONTINENTAL CUSTOMS does not ship suppressors to California, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island or Washington D.C. Due to everchanging NFA rules, current regulations will be assessed and shipping restrictions may be made at the time of purchase.

AMMUNITION: Ammunition must ship Ground. On average, ammunition orders will, after processing time, take between 5 to 7 business days to arrive at your provided shipping address.

SUPPRESSORS:  Orders containing a suppressor will not ship until all legal requirements have been met. This includes receipt of ATF approved tax stamp.  Once all legal requirements have been met, silencers are shipped in a two-leg route: first from Continental Customs to a licensed location in your state, and then from the licensed location to you upon completion of the ATF application process.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Expedited shipping methods may be added for additional cost for some items. The shipping options available will display in the checkout process. These expedited shipping methods are subject to Monday-Friday business day operations and DO NOT include Saturday delivery. For Saturday delivery please contact us prior to purchase. There is no expedited shipping method for ammunition purchases.

FREE SHIPPING:  Any free shipping promotions do not apply to bulk orders or to expedited shipping. The minimum purchase amount to qualify for each free shipping offer does not include firearms processing fee or tax.
